| Description: | As you know, we are building a tradition in celebrating the close of summer for our parish families. The Parish Picnic Family Fun Day is to extend summer and bring us all together to share our experiences and to have fun with our children. As in the past, we plan to have the Family Day Picnic the first Sunday after Labour Day, September 12th. As part of the fun, we will have games of chance with prizes, a Country Store and many other activities. This year we will have six main prizes that will be drawn for. The Tickets for the draw are available after Mass or at the office. The cost is $2 each or 3 for $5. As well, we are having a Silent Auction with lots of items to bid on. The Silent Auction bidding will begin on August 22nd, through to September 5th, with bidding after each Sunday mass. We hope the Parish Picnic Family Fun Day will bring our families together before our busy fall activities begin. |
